How to Grow Song TJS-65 Cauliflower
For best results, keep soil around 70 F for germination and 60 F after. Plant 18” apart, with 24”-36” between rows. Seed crop earlier if in an area where heavy freezes occur in fall. Can be grown as a winter crop if winters are mild (above 32).
Harvesting Cauliflower
This variety of cauliflower has a harvest of 55-60 days in spring and 65-70 days in fall. Grows up to 4-5 pounds and has loose florets with light green, long stems. Cut the heads once desired size is reached, or before the curds become loose/”ricey”.
Culinary Tips
This variety is tender and cooks very quickly. When cooked, the stems turn bright green. Delicious in stir fry. It has an amazing taste, even raw, making it great to use with different dips.
