NOTE: Canada Orders are not available through online ordering. We can accommodate international orders by placing the orders directly with your sales rep. Canada orders do not ship quickly as they require special paperwork and other requirements that takes several weeks to arrange before your order will ship. Minimum order size for international orders is $2000, USD. The information below is provided as a guide for non-prompt international orders.

Canadian Customs regulations place certain limitations and requirements on shipments of seeds, soil and fertilizer entering Canada. Small quantities have no restrictions and you can order online without concern, while larger volumes have some additional requirements.
Vegetable Seeds - If you are ordering vegetable seed for shipment to Canada you will need to have a Canada Seed Analysis Certificate for each variety in your order (that exceeds the small lot quantity). For example, you place an order for 5 varieties of small seeded vegetable seed, three varieties you order 4 ounces each, the other two varieties, 5 lbs each. The two 5 lb varieties would require a SAC, one for each variety, the other three do not require a SAC. So you should add 2 seed analysis certificates to your order for checkout. Please note that obtaining a seed analysis certificate may delay your order by up to 4 weeks, but often not nearly that long.
For orders exceeding 11 lbs for any variety of herb, flower or large seeds (Comprehensive List), or 1.1 lb for any variety of small seeds (Comprehensive List), Canadian Customs requires a Seed Analysis Certificate – $25 for each seed variety exceeding the size limit – This is a document is a government issued certification of germination and purity based on their tests of our seed. You need to add One (1) Seed Analysis Certificate to your order for each seed variety over the total seed size limits. You can place an online order by adding to your cart, or by phone. Orders with a seed analysis certificate may be held for up to 3 weeks (usually faster) while the regulatory agency completes the testing. Additionally, an Import Declaration will be required to accompany the large seed lot shipment. We will prepare and include this document at no additional charge to you.
Handling Times
Wholesale orders bound for Canada require several weeks to procure all the necessary paperwork and prepare the shipment to go out.

A majority of our orders ship from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah. Some may ship directly to you from our vendors or from a warehouse in Willows, California.

A – For Canadian wholesale orders we may collect any provincial or harmonized VAT tax as required by the Canadian Government.
