Cucumis melo (80-90 days) Top Mark cantaloupe made its appearance sometime in the early 1960s. It has 7" fruits that are slightly oblong, well-netted, slight ribs, thick, and firm with sweet salmon colored flesh. Top Mark Melon has a small seed cavity leaving room for more juicy sweet melon. 1 lb - Approximately 15,680 Seeds

Very vigorous vines that are well adapted to tolerating heat. 3-4 pound fruit Slips from the vine when mature. Top Mark melon is resistant to downey mildew, powdery mildew and scab. Top Mark' is "tolerant" of papaya ringspot virus and watermelon mosaic virus. Still one of the best West Coast cantaloupes.
