45 days. Garden Sorrel has blonde green leaves, is mild flavored, and quick growing from seed. Makes a wonderful addition to salads; pick leaves when small for the best taste and flavor. A seasonal salad standard for us from September thru winter and on into summer, when plants run to bloom. Very easy to grow.
