DESCRIPTION
Bean Seeds - Shell - Pinto - Organic
If drying for traditional pinto bean use, allow the seeds to remain on the bush 90-110 days, in which pods will no longer be edible. Pinto is a bush bean that matures 24-30 inches tall and about 18-24 inches wide. Bean pods and seeds start off green when immature and shell is still edible, but develop a traditional brown pinto bean coloring as it is allowed to dry in the shell.
